Grants for Wheelchair Accessible Vans in South Carolina

Financial Resources for Funding a Handicap Van in South Carolina

If you require a handicap van for yourself or a loved one and you reside in South Carolina, you’ve come to the right web page. Following is a roster of resources for disability grants for buying or leasing a new or used wheelchair van or for converting your vehicle into a more accessible ride with special equipment or hand controls for adaptive driving.

Persons with disabilities living in South Carolina may receive financial assistance directly from some of these organizations and state departments. Those that don’t provide money at least help you discover all the disability grants available to you. Staff or volunteers at these groups will tip you off to lots of opportunities you may not otherwise unearth with your own research.

Additionally, look to South Carolina branches of national nonprofit foundations and other associations devoted to your cause of limited mobility. They are key sources of disability grants and useful information.

Mobility Consultations: If you are unsure about what type of conversion would be best for you — or would like assistance with finding financial resources, you can request a Free Needs Analysis and Mobility Consultation at any of The Mobility Resource dealer locations.

Disclaimer: This information is intended to assist you in your purchase or financing of a wheelchair van, and is in no way an offer or advertisement for a free wheelchair van.
