I have a Bruno Joey lift in the rear of my van to load my mobility scooter, and then I walk to the driver's seat using forearm crutches to drive using hand ... controls. Even though it's not exactly like the ones in the list, it HAS greatly impacted my life. Before getting this van, I was stranded and totally dependent on others, and only if they had a trunk/rear big enough to take my scooter apart & lift it in piece by piece, and also a vehicle I could get in & out of easily... not too low or not too high. I pretty much was stuck at home almost all the time for 7 years! Once we got this van with the lift & hand controls, I got my independence & freedom back, because now I can take off anytime I want!! It's amazing, it's breathed new life back into my life!!! I have things to look forward to now, I'm not just moping at home, depressed & miserable. This van is amazing!!!!

I'm so happy I went with the Toyota with the BraunAbility Conversion. I operates so easily and has made getting around a breeze. ... controls. "NOT ALL Bad but Exhaust was loud from day one but muffler FELL OFF and Braun will not back it up at 26k even if they altered the system. My last Sienna exhaust ... lasted 12 years 140k miles. The Toyota Dealer would have replaced it IF the system were not altered. Braun does small things that prevent you from using proper floor mats like WeatherTeck. They remove the factory pad under the left foot so factory or after market mats or floor liners will not fit correctly. This alteration is not needed if Driver is not disabled. I have to pay to have my manual ramp checked. Basic fabrication for things like spare tire rack prevent usage of storage compartments. Expensive rear seat options are useless and on the wrong side of the van obstructing your view. If more companies were in this business Braun would lose much of theirs. Their customer service is not there ONCE you bought your vehicle. Back up your work Braun. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BIG PROBLEM"

It has given me my freedom to travel independently. I can take myself shopping, to medical appointments, and to go places for leisure. My husband and I just ... completed a 6,000 plus mile trip. I have aggressive cancer and this trip was high on my bucket list. Without the van entering and exiting a car would be tedious and I could not have taken my motorized wheelchair. I would have had to depend on my husband to push me in a transport chair. That would have been so very depressing. I love the freedom my mobility van gives me.

I love the Braun ability Chrysler Town and Country van. I have 2 kids and we travel all the time. The van has been a great tool for me because it gets me where ... I need to be.
